Project description: TWC was selected as the general contractor to complete a complex multi-phased project for Planned Property Management. During construction, the space was occupied. TW was able to coordinate with the tenant to complete construction on time and without delaying productivity for its client. The project entailed a complete gut and remodel of existing office space. The building is a timber loft building with 13’ high ceilings. The scope of work consisted of new offices, conference rooms, breakrooms, an open office, and common corridor work.
