Project description: Construction of prime first-floor office space at US Cellular Plaza in Chicago. The scope of work consisted of new private offices, conference rooms, breakroom and open office areas. The multi-level reception area gave the space an inviting but unique first impression. High-end finishes, 3-Form Paneling, Demountable Partitions, upgraded light fixtures, and a complete overhaul of MEPs to bring the suite into the modern era. Immense 15’ high ceilings. Associated common lobby work.
