
Rich Barski
Project Superintendent
Rich Barski is a Project Superintendent and Site Safety and Jobsite Coordinator for TW Chicago. He manages on-site construction teams for his projects. His role includes coordinating with trade partners, enforcing safety protocols, and communicating with building engineers to keep projects running smoothly and successfully.
Rich joined TW in 2022 and prides himself on his experience with blueprint reviews and understanding subcontractors’ scopes of work. His knowledge helps him to anticipate and prevent discrepancies to achieve project drawing and blueprint accuracy. Rich also brings prior tradesman experience to his role at TW, allowing him to effectively and efficiently plan and sequence on-site trades to best align with and maintain project schedules.
Rich attended DeVry University and studied telecommunications and network management. He is OHSA 30-Hour Certified. You’ll find Rich getting a good workout when not on the job. He enjoys physical fitness to relieve daily stress and stay focused.
Rich enjoys cooking; a passion sparked when he was younger and worked as a cook with highly experienced chefs. He especially likes making new dishes and putting his own spin on them. Rich also coaches his son’s football team — a special shared experience as family is his top priority.
