Chief Operating Officer

Patrick Buck is the Chief Operating Officer of TW Chicago. Along with his many responsibilities, he is most dependable for providing vision, leadership, and tactical guidance within all areas of operations daily. Patrick has an extremely collaborative approach and strives to effectively work with others on the team to implement plans of success and growth for the company.

With over 30 years of diverse experience in both real estate development and construction, Patrick has obtained various active roles in ground up developments, valued at $3.2+ billion. Patrick is proud to have been a part of such prominent projects within the Chicagoland area as well as across the nation, with some of his more notable work being, the Pritzker Pavilion in Millenium Park, 505 N. State St., The Virgin Hotel, Oak Street Health Outpatient Facilities, and the Lighthouse Apartments.

Prior to joining TW Chicago in 2023, Patrick held various executive positions in the construction industry including, Director of Construction for Free Market Ventures, Director of Construction for The John Buck Company, President of Buck Construction, and Project Manager for Walsh Construction. Patrick received his Bachelor of Liberal Arts at the University of Notre Dame, and gathered valuable experience there to lead him to the success he has today. Patrick is an asset to the TW team and is excited to instill perseverance and leadership within the company.
