
Nicholas Delmuro
Project Superintendent
Nicholas Delmuro is a Project Superintendent for TW Chicago. He oversees the day-to-day production of projects in the field, which include creating and maintaining a punctual schedule for on-time, accurate, and high-quality project completion. Additionally, Nicholas problem solves any issues that arise to resolve them quickly and effectively.
Nicholas joined TW in 2022, and he prides himself on his time management and being on schedule with projects. Known for his foresight in the industry and communications skills, he acts as a liaison to bridge any gaps between trade companies, clients, and the TW team.
He has experience as a superintendent for restaurant rehabilitation projects and new commercial store builds. He also has a carpentry background that enabled him to work alongside other trades and learn how processes work for new development and rehab projects. Nicholas has a business management degree, is Procore certified, and is OSHA 30-Hour certified.
A creative soul and talented musician, Nicholas plays several instruments. He also has a degree in contemporary urban popular music. When he’s not jamming, you can find Nicholas woodworking, spending time outdoors, or cooking up a meal from scratch.
