We’re excited to share this finished Downtown Tenant Interiors Project on Ontario Street!
It’s always rewarding to see everything come together after weeks of construction, and this space turned out great. We especially love how the new theatre wall with custom lighting came together, definitely one of our favorite features of the finished space!
The project scope included new electrical and fire alarm, plumbing, glass doors and sidelights, privacy film, new vinyl flooring and base, and paint throughout.
Another project complete and another great space ready for its next chapter. Great work by everyone involved, especially our TW project team! 👏

Progress continues at Arden Rose.
The roof truss system is nearly complete, and the project is quickly taking shape overhead. Crews are now moving into the next stage of work, including bracing, blocking, straps, and roof sheathing in preparation for the installation of the roof shingles.
It’s exciting to see another major milestone come together as the building moves closer to being fully enclosed.
Aerial progress like this gives a great perspective on just how much the project has advanced in a short amount of time.

Day 1 of the SIOR Great Lakes event was one for the books! 🏈
We had the opportunity to tour Soldier Field and hear from Bears legend Dan Hampton, who gave us an inside look at his time playing in Chicago and shared some great insight on what it takes to succeed both on and off the field.
His perspective on leadership, setting goals, staying focused, and continuing to push yourself was a great reminder that success doesn’t happen by accident — you have to set the goal and go after it.
